Mozilla Labs DemoParty is an online competition (Submissions open June 1st) and series of events to foster artful exploration of the open web platform.

Coming to Helsinki June 18th

Join us for a day of HOT Open Web (aka HTML5) demo hacking, outdoor BBQ, beers and Finnish saunas! Get your ticket NOW!

The Flame Party in Helsinki will be the first “real” DemoParty focussing on the Open Web platform. The DemoScene is an amazing computer art sub culture and this event is bringing them together with HTML5 and Open Web enthusiasts for a full day of hands-on HTML5 collaborations to compete against each other in the evenings demo competition.

This event is a cooperation of the Alternative Party Crew, DOT (Digital Media Club of Aalto University ) and Mozilla Labs. We’re happy to announce that ROVIO, the creator of Angry Birds is supporting us as a sponsor.
