Extend Firefox 3.5 is a developer contest to encourage development and innovation in Web experience through add-ons to Firefox 3.5.
All entries will be judged by a panel of experts, with prizes awarded for entries that make use of new capabilities being introduced in Firefox 3.5 and that demonstrate excellence in user experience, innovativeness, and use of open standards.
Prizes will also be awarded to existing Firefox Add-ons that are updated for Firefox 3.5, and that show significant improvements in user experience and performance.
This edition of the Extend Firefox contest began June 16th, 2009 and entries will be accepted until 11:59pm Pacific Time (GMT -8) ON October 2nd, 2009.
Winners will be announced on or about November 9th, 2009.
