- Mobile: added a boolean isTablet to metadata which will tell us whether user was using fennec's phone UI or its tablet UI.

- Mobile - decreased version to 1.2 in order to get AMO to accept the upload. We never released any of the versions marked 1.3 so this should be confusing only if you look at the hg archives.
