I had no indication about this thing even being in firefox until I clicked on customize for the status bar (which i had to download an add-on to bring back). Without being told it was there it looked like some kind of virus or pishing attempt, I suggest you tell people it's there when installing. I found this place looking for info on this virus.

How should i really test a new FF version when every (!) add-on toolbar is deleted and i cant rearrange them? Is there a fix for this?
